T-AMYLO score calculator is an interactive tool for Transthyretin cardiac Amyloidosis diagnosis prediction.
T-AMYLO is an easy to use score for the prediction of ATTR cardiac Amyloidosis diagnosis. It is based on widely available in routine clinical setting parameters.
The aim of this score is to help clinicians to increase the suspicion of the disease in patients with hypertrophic phenotype, and therefore shorten the time until diagnosis. Moreover, it helps to rule out the diagnosis with high probability in up to a third of patients, avoiding the performance of scintigraphy.
The score has been validated in a wide multicenter population, showing a very good performance in different clinical scenarios. (Ref)
